Dr.B.Srinivas Reddy obtained B.E (Civil) from Osmania University in 1972 and M.E.(Structures) from Osmania University in 1976 and obtained Ph.D in Civil Engineering from IIT-R in 1990. He has 31 years of rich experience in teaching, training and research in the areas of Civil and Structural Engineering. He has put in all the efforts in enhancing his career prospects in various administrative capacities ranging from Associate Professor to the Head, Department of Civil Engineering. He also worked as Principal of various Engineering Colleges. He was instrumental in the development of the Civil Engineering Department at O.U. He contributed immensely in the development of campus amenities and infrastructure.

To his credit he published about 18 research papers in various national and international journals and Conferences. Over 24 research guidance papers were published both in Master’s and Ph.D. Apart from this he actively participated as well as successfully conducted workshops, techno fests, seminars/symposiums, conferences, etc.

He is known for his strong communication skills, presentation skills, collaboration and team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical and Managerial concepts quickly and utilizes the same in a productive manner. He strongly believes in pursuit of excellence through holistic education.

Dr.B.Srinivas Reddy took over as the Principal of Scient Institute of Technology on 21st of July, 2010.

Ms. K. Sneha Reddy holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science, USA and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Being the Chair person of the Academic Committee andTraining and Placement Cell, she involves herself actively in planning and implementation of academic matters, training and placement issues of the Institute. She is also the Chief Editor of the college Magazine “ SPECTRUM”.

A Young Dynamic and Workaholic personality, Ms. K. Sneha Reddy always inspires the young and budding engineers with her vision and mission as well as guides and steers the institution with her novel holicies.
