The Department is headed by Prof. Ch. Subrahmanyam ,who obtained his First Class B.E. from Andhra University in 1995, M.Tech. from JNT University, Hyderabad in 2002. Professor Ch. Subrahmanyam is a member of ISTE and IEEE. He is pursuing Ph.D. from JNTU in the field of wireless communication - specialization in Wireless Personal Area Networks (IEEE 802.15.4). He has published two papers in National Journals and two papers in International Conferences till date. He has rich experience in teaching having worked in various Engineering colleges since 15years at the level of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor. He did his M.Tech. project at DLRL, Hyderabad in the field of Communications, in this connection he developed two algorithms for the defence applications.
