NSS Activities have been being going on in the Institute for a long time with a noble intention to inculcate a sense of social responsibility and service in the students. Recent activities of NSS include - a blood donation camp on the campus, an awareness program on HIV/AIDS and collection of relief fund for Tsunami victims. The Institute has started its own Red Cross Center with the coordination of local Indian Red Cross Society.

To encourage the participation of the students in social service activities and to serve the rural neighborhood, the college has started a NSS group with a Senior Professor supervising the whole activity. The JNTU has already given necessary approval to finance the schemes. A unit of NCC is also being set up in the college. The approval from competent authorities is awaited. NSS Unit of our College organized a plantation program at our college campus. The staff and students participated in creating awareness among the people of Ibrahimpatnam village regarding hygiene, healthy food habits, safe drinking water, HIV, Superstitions etc.,.A medical camp was organized to collect blood from the students and staff of our college by the red cross members at our college campus in the year 2008. NSS student volunteers, the principal, the NSS programme Officer, Members of the NSS Advisory Committee of the College and a few supporting staff members attended the camp.
